Magical moments at Haybergill

Wind rustling the trees, a red squirrel watching our morning mindfulness practice, unexpected sunshine, delicious home-cooked meals and time to re-connect with the body. These are just some of the simple pleasures of the yoga and mindfulness weekend at the beautiful Haybergill Centre in Cumbria.

The next retreat will be Fri March 15 - Sun March 17, 2019. Keep the date free if you'd relish the chance to de-tox from digital media and rest in a peaceful environment.
