We all long to be the best we can be, to feel a sense of purpose and be open to all that life has to offer. Yet sometimes a harsh voice in our head stops us reaching our potential and making our contribution to the world.
This is the voice that says we are not good enough, should have achieved more, should be different to how we are.

Together we will explore the Inner Critic and where it shows up in your life. We will use mindful awareness to find a sense of peace and discover the truer, kinder voice that lives within us all.
And gradually you will gently begin to transform your relationship with the Inner Critic.
This practical and experiential six week course will help you uncover your strengths and build confidence to let your true nature shine through.
You may be someone who:
Already has a meditation or yoga practice or are developing one
Would like greater peace of mind
Is excited about change and willing to make it happen
May have tried other approaches yet still feels "stuck."
