When we have an urge to run or reach for a solution, there can be something very powerful in simply pausing and bringing mindfulness into the mix.

Whatever your situation, you're invited to start from right where you are on this morning of practice.

It's an opportunity to sit, move, rest, re-connect and reflect together.
