Mindfulness - half day silent retreat

Saturday May 18 - a chance to slow down and connect with yourself

This three hour silent retreat is designed for those who have taken an eight-week mindfulness course or who have a mindfulness practice. It is a chance to refresh your practice and spend time in quietness for a while.

The session will include led practices of sitting meditation, mindful movement and the body scan.
