Find out how mindfulness can enhance your daily life and help break the cycle of anxiety, stress and worry.

I am running an on-line eight week mindfulness course based on the book "Mindfulness - Finding Peace in a Frantic World" starting in February.

The course is a thorough introduction to mindfulness and will give you chance to develop skills to become more self-aware  and to respond to challenges in a new way. The sessions are gently progressive and there is no need to have any previous experience.

You will need a copy of the book "Mindfulness - Finding Peace in a Frantic World" by Mark Williams and Danny Penman
