This four-week programme will give you chance to take your foot off the pedal and give you tools to help you relax and de-stress amid the challenges of daily living.
Maybe you are a busy parent or carer or feel swamped by your workload. Perhaps you have trouble sleeping at night as your active mind goes on overdrive.
These sessions will give you quiet time in which to connect with yourself and time to reflect and discuss with others.
We will practise simple, mindful movements, relaxation and other techniques to help you find more peace and balance in your life.
The first programme starts on Saturday October 26 in the beautiful setting of the newly-re-opened Mansion House, Calderstones Park, Liverpool.
