Eight week Mindfulness course based on the book "Finding Peace in a Frantice World" starting in September , 2022.
Dates for the evening course: Tuesday September 20 then Sept 27, Oct 4, 11, 18, 25, Nov 1, 8. Classes run from 7pm till 8.30pm.
Dates for the day-time course: Wed morning Sept 21, 28, Oct 5, 12, 19, 24, Nov 2& 9. Classes run from 10.30am till 12pm.
