Chair yoga is for anyone who wants to experience the benefits of yoga but who may have limited mobility or health problems.

Moving in a mindful way makes us more body conscious and thus able to recognise and release tension when it occurs.
The focus on breathing helps give our breathing muscles a work-out and can be used to calm the mind and nervous system.
The gentle, non-striving quality of yoga can induce deep relaxation and the group experience can increase a sense of wellbeing and connection.
