Here's what people said about this year's retreat:-
"This was a wonderful weekend, having a good balance and activities to challenge the body and mind in a caring and safe space. The venue is fab with wonderful food, surroundings and hosts. Pip ensured we had a great weeekend of mindful practice with time to walk, experience the local area and have fun together."
"A truly magical experience. I now feel totally reinvigorated and inspired. The food was amazing, beautiful surroundings - it felt like a very special weekend. A wonderful variety of yoga and mindfulness both inside, in the grounds - and in the fire hut! Always new and inspiring."
"A complete joy. Each time I arrive I feel a strong sense of calm and ease. The early morning outdoor sessions are so energising for the rest of the day - and the food is divine."
A very welcoming place and people in the group. Lots of moments for mindfulness and quiet meditation, which I appreciated. I got a sense of peace and self knowledge."
"A really great weekend of yoga and mindfulness in a beautiful place with a group of lovely people. I feel like I've learnt about and understand my body more and feel the most relaxed I've felt in a long time. I loved all of our different practices - including singing and dancing in the Arctic hut! Thank you Pip - can't wait for the next one!"
