A weekend retreat to rest the weary mind

Chance to rest, replenish and restore peace of mind with yoga and mindfulness

We all need time to slow down, rest and reflect on what matters to us.

This will be a weekend to nurture and nourish yourself in the beautiful surroundings of the Haybergill Centre in the Upper Eden Valley.

There will be sessions of gentle yoga and mindful movement to leave you feeling rested and invigorated as well as meditation and time to reflect, walk and connect with other like-minded people.

Places are limited so early booking is advisable.

Dates: Fri March 15 - Sun March 17, 2019.

Investment: £250

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

The price includes delicious home-cooked vegetarian meals, all yoga and mindfulness sessions and shared accommodation in mainly en-suite double or triple rooms.
